Practice Nurses

The Advanced Nurse Practitioner is available for consultations and home visits.

The Practice  Nurse  is available for consultations and advice, wound dressings, infections including travel vaccination. She also manages chronic disease clinics, follow up life style and  can advise  you on any other problem you feel she may be able to help you with.

Healthcare Assistants

The Health Care Assistant will carry out both New Patient and NHS Health Checks. In this clinic all routine checks will be done including blood pressure, weight/height and urine analysis. She can also take bloods and administer flu vaccinations.

Network Clinical Pharmacist is employed by the PCN, but works across the whole of the Leyland Primary Care Network.

Majella Snowdon

Business Manager

Majella, has overall responsibility for all aspects of practice management together with the GP Partners. General day to day Practice Management and Operational Management is delegated to the Practice Manager and Operations Manager.

Romita Gupta

Practice Manager

Romita has responsibility for general practice management for example Clinical Operations, HR, Information Technology, Quality, Health & Safety and supports with statutory, regulatory and contractual compliance.

Hannah McElroy

Operations Manager

Hannah manages operations with regards to Reception / Administration, Information Technology etc and the general day to day running of the practice. Hannah is also the complaints manager.

Reception / Administration

Our Reception Team act as Care Navigators to support patients in accessing the right care. The team will co-ordinate booking of appointments with the most appropriate Health Care professional. Patients may be navigated to other providers for example Community Pharmacy. General Practice Administration ranges from processing prescription requests to managing medical records.
