Q: How can we inform the change of address and other details?

A: Please make sure that you inform the surgery about any change of address or information so that it can be amended on the medical record. Always inform the surgery about any other family member who is also changing to new address or phone number.

This can be done via submitting an online request in our contacts or can be made to change via telephone.

Q: How to contact the GP/Practice nurse?

A: The practice has arrangements for the patients to speak to the GPs and nurses via telephone on working days. Please call on 01772 313950 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 01772 313950 end_of_the_skype_highlighting on working days and ask for the doctor/nurse.

If the doctor is not in the premises and the patient wants to talk to the doctor urgently then the staff will take the patients contact details and will inform the doctor in his mobile number to contact the patient as early as possible.

Q: Why the clinic collects information about the patients?

A: The doctor, nurse or staff that care for you keeps a detailed record of all the treatments you take from the clinic. This helps to ensure that you take the best possible care from us.

The record will contain basic details. All staff are directed to follow strict rules of confidentiality. Practice computer is registered under data protection act and strict confidentiality is maintained.
