Prescription Line
This will be available from 11.00 am – 1.00 pm and can only be used by patients who are over 65, or housebound. For all other patients you will be able to order your medication in the following ways:
- In person at the Surgery- using the post-box in reception
- Via email -prescriptions.claytonbrooksurgery@nhs.net
- Using patient access https://www.patientaccess.com
Non-urgent advice: Notice
Please allow 48 hours for repeat prescriptions. If you are unable to collect the prescription yourself, it may be collected by a third party, over the age of 14 years.
The prescription may be collected by a chemist of your choice. The majority of prescriptions will go via EPS to the chemist the patient has opted to use.
