National Restrictions

While national restrictions lifted on Monday 19 July 2021, healthcare settings are required to continue to follow infection control guidelines.

This means the Surgery will still require patients to wear masks or visors when attending the Surgery and we will still be practicing social distancing in the waiting room. Please do not attend early for your appointment as we may not be able to let you in.

Staff will still be wearing masks when moving around the building and clinicians will be wearing PPE whilst doing face to face consultations.

We will continue to offer a mix of telephone, video and face to face consultations, and our Patient Care Navigators, under guidance from Drs Singh and Siddiqui, will ask all patients requesting an appointment for brief details of the problem. This is so they can ensure you are booked with the right person and for the correct type of appointment. If you do not wish to give details, you will be offered a telephone appointment, and the clinician will book you a face to face appointment if they feel it necessary.

We have three new administration staff working in the Surgery, so please bear with them while they settle in and learn the ‘ropes’, they may take a little longer with your queries that our more experienced staff.
